We have been involved in remote service for almost 10 years, and during this time, we've learned a lot. We have been fortunate to work alongside some of the world's leading companies (You can see a list of some of our customers on our website) who use our remote service platform to build and maintain successful remote service programs. Truth be told, we have also seen what causes some remote service programs to under-perform, and what are some of the things that can be done to get these programs back on track.
